Pending = Not decided upon, or we are waiting on you to finish up joining requirements before we decide upon you (For example, you may have posted an application while not having your Onyxia Key and we wait for you to grab that before we make the call).

Closed = We haven't heard from you in quite a while and we assume you have found a home elsewhere
